These terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) of the website https://kasaadbhuta.com/ and instances thereof (“Website”) between ‘Kasa Adbhuta’ or ‘Kasa Adbhuta Private Limited’, (“Company” or “Kasa Adbhuta”) and its successors and assigns) and the users of the Website (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”) describe the terms on which the Company offers Your access to the Website. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AS THEY INCLUDE TERMS SUCH AS LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, CHOICE OF FORUM FOR DISPUTES AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT MAY LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS.

You use and purchase of items from this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions:

Our furniture is created with utmost craftsmanship and quality standards. Our attention to detail in design, material, and construction is supreme.

 

– Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms.

 

Refund Policy: 

 

Kasa Adbhuta does not offer refund for furniture purchased unless in the event of following exceptions:

  1.  Incase Kasa Adbhuta is not able to dispatch the products within the maximum dispatch time stipulated in the purchase bill.
  2. Incase Kasa Adbhuta is not able to repair or replace the item shipped to a customer, due to failure at the end of the company to deliver its promise, or inability to ship the product more than 3 times without it reaching with repairable transit damage. Refunds where customer is unwilling or uncooperative for replacement or repair (as assessed by Kasa Adbhuta Production team) are not entertained.

  • Kasa Adbhuta does not entertain ‘Change of heart returns’, or disputes arising out of frivolous claims.
  • ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION OF 2%+GST. READ MORE IN WARRANTY POLICY.
  • REFUND MODE: We will refund only in the special case (noted above), when order is cancelled right after booking in 24 hours.

In that case the money will be transferred to a Bank account or UPI ID of your choice. We will return the money minus a 2%+GST charge, which is levied by the payment gateway.

 

REFUND DURATION: Refunds are issues only through UPI ID (or Bank Account in certain cases) and takes 2 to 7 working days from the time refunds are issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CANCELLATION DURATION: Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation charges may apply. Refund charges as noted above and in Warranty policy apply on Refunds.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE A ‘CHANGE OF HEART’ RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.

 

FINAL CLEARANCE/ SALE
Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

NOTE
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Wood Finish or any customization), new order or a different product.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
We ensure that the Products supplied correspond as closely as possible to the samples in our website and catalogs, but they may vary due to unique and characteristic variations of natural materials. We are not responsible for any such variations, which add to the unique quality of the Product, including but not limited to the following:

 

  1. All of our Products are individually hand-finished and Product colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. This will be more apparent if orders are placed at different times.
  2. There is a 3-5% allowance on fabric alignment.
  3. All Product measurements are approximate. On Furniture and Upholstered products, allow +/- 2-5 inch(es) variance on sizes stated.
  4. Wood is a natural material with unique characteristics such as shade variation, random marks and blemishes.
  5. We reserve the right to make any changes to the Product specifications (external and/or internal) and any other changes where necessary.
  6. Product specifications will vary from range to range as reflected in the design and price, however, all our Products are manufactured to the same high quality standards.
 

Shipping Info – For Indian Domestic Deliveries.

  1. All furniture is delivered by Road/Surface through our transportation partner of choice. Transit time varies from 5 days to 60 days depending on the distance and the level of customization.
  2. All furniture comes with GST paid but in case there is any STATE/UT ‘octroi’, ‘other taxes’ & ‘Entry Permit’ for delivery then it falls on the buyer to pay.
  3. For heavy furniture items the door delivery will be considered as Ground floor/premises delivery & not inside the house. On exceptional cases we shall provide upper floor delivery by taking quote from cargo and those charges can be paid by buyer to us before delivery is attempted or directly to cargo person at the time of upper floor delivery.
  4. Also ‘Open package delivery’ is not provided by the cargo at this moment.
  5. Delay in production due to Covid-19, or festival holidays at any point of time is regretted. Factories remain shut on occasion of festivals for a few days on the either side of a festival.
  6. August-September in each year is monsoon season, slight delay is also expected in rainy season (if heavy consistent rains) as wood work gets affected.
  7. Though shipping is Free but in some areas where there is no direct offices of the cargo extra shipping will be charged. We will let you know the extra shipping cost if any so that you can make your mind for accepting or canceling the order. In RARE cases NO delivery can be done to a NON Cargo branch area if the Road cargo is unable to arrange the delivery further from their nearest city branch office. Hence it is always wise to contact us for confirming the delivery station specifically for small district/towns or extreme areas with weak delivery channel from our city.
  8. We don’t offer refund at this stage. If you wish to cancel an order, we will adjust the amount to another item of your choice. But you must cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.
  9. Please keep your delivery address and contact details updated before purchasing. Incorrect/incomplete address/contact no. if provided can delay the shipment and no blame should be given to us or cargo for this.
 

Also special delivery on Sunday or late hour delivery cannot be managed by us as it is beyond our direct control. So please do not demand us for such time/day bounded deliveries.

Exceptional case of Transit damages/Returns :-


*Open delivery is not provided so kindly check the packaging thoroughly and if you find the packing in torn condition than please make a remark on the receipt before accepting the damaged packing such as ‘Goods received with damaged packing’.

**After opening the package if the goods are also find in damaged condition than you need to inform us/email the picture of the damaged product to us within 2-3 days of receipt of the goods with order reference number at:- support@Kasa Adbhuta.com

We shall evaluate the extent of damage and let you know if this can be easily fixed locally (minor/moderate damages) and shall send the required material and whether the user/buyer/client is to bear expenses for repair or Kasa Adbhuta to bear the reasonable local carpenter cost. Visits scheduled by Kasa Adbhuta, are scheduled once per issue and Kasa Adbhuta will not bear the expenses of visit or issue resolution of client or customer is unable to allow access or visit to our/third party technician, isn’t available to access the repairs or is unavailable.
Please note solid wood furniture grains and tone may differ from product to product and may not be exactly the same tone and grain as shown in any image. This is due to the natural signature of the wood.

Upholstery colour may vary slightly from the ones shown in the images, this is due to minor variations from batch to batch from the manufacturer of fabric.

Please note in the case the goods are marked for replacement or return in the extremely unlikely scenario, the client bears the responsibility to pack the goods well in their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of any promise of replacement or return made by anyone from the team.
